Situated on the ground floor of the Episcopal Palace, the Sala Terrana is open to visitors. In the first museum in Hungary, stones from the medieval castle and inscribed rocks from Roman times are on display that were once also admired by King Matthias. The walls of the room are ornamented with frescos by Dorffmaister depicting the antique memories of Savaria.
