Old croatian village at the foothills of the Eastern Alps close the Austrian border. Excellent wines. Clean and well-kept village.

The area of Felsőcsatár used to belong to the border zone, thus seclusion was part of the village's life for long years. The Iron Curtain Memorial Ground features the reduced replica of the Iron Curtain made with wires, pillars from the original structure, and relics collected from the old border zone.
