On their web­si­tes, Ca­sa Mia Hun­ga­ry Bt. of­fers a com­p­le­te over­view of costs at the cur­rent ex­chan­ge ra­te as the one and on­ly real es­ta­te agen­cy in Hun­ga­ry, Ger­ma­ny, Swit­zer­land and Au­s­tria. This crea­tes tran­s­pa­ren­cy.

On their websites, Casa Mia Hungary Bt. offers a complete overview of costs at the current exchange rate as the one and only real estate agency in Hungary, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. This creates transparency.

You see not only the purchase price but also the full costs of the land acquisition, the legal costs, fees and charges. The exchange rate is supplied from an international provider and updated automatically daily. So it may happen that the prices change daily.

Energy Performance Certificates obligatory.

In Hun­ga­ry, an En­er­gy Per­for­man­ce Cer­ti­fi­ca­te (EPC)is re­qui­red by law when sel­ling or lea­sing.

For buyer is important that the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for homes that are larger than 50sqm of living space and have more than 4 months to be used in the year. Likewise, an EPC is required for rental, if the term of the rental contract is more than 1 year. There are futher regulations concerning commercial properties and public buildings, but they are of no impartance for the classic tenants and buyers. EPCs are valid 10 years.

Today in Hungary many objects are still without Energy Performance Certificat. Casa Mia can engage helpful and organize, against a modest reimbursement of expenses, the relevant certificate.
