Írottkő Natural Park

The first cross-border nature park between Austria and Hungary includes the area of the 884m high Geschriebenstein, the highest elevation of Burgenland and western Hungary. From the vantage point on Geschriebenstein, runs through the middle of the border between Austria and Hungary, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the Alps to the Pannonian region.

The total size of the Natural Park is 8.500 ha, about 4500 ha is Hungarian territory. More than 100km of marked trails on both sides of the border with an intact nature. Various trails, illustrate in simple language worth knowing about nature.

Likewise, an EPC is required for rental, if the term of the rental contract is more than 1 year. There are futher regulations concerning commercial properties and public buildings, but they are of no impartance for the classic tenants and buyers. EPCs are valid 10 years.
