Hungary’s third largest spa, the Thermal Complex of Bük offers every generation the possibility of pleasant recreation with its facilities located in beautiful scenery. Each and every part of the spa has been renewed in the past year. New and renewed pools, exclusive rest areas provide perfect and curing relaxation for guests visiting the spa. In the Physiotherapy Ward extended with a new storey, more sick-wards and modern therapy equipment await patients. Therapy practices used in the Physiotherapy Ward assist greatly the potency of our high mineral concentrate special composition calcium-magnesium-hydrogen-carbonate thermal water. Our thermal water is highly recommended for patients suffering either from locomotor diseases, or certain gynaecological diseases; water-drinking is efficient in case of gastric catarrh, and disorders of digestion.

Our 3-star Thermal Camping Site open all-year-round, having 150 sites in 3 ha is located next to the spa. Our guests can enjoy the facilities of the spa several times a day as spa admission is included in camping charge. The Conference Centre run by a corporation is an ideal venue for conferences, company events, dances, courses.

The variety of our facilities will be widened with a new element this year. Our indoor bath - planned to be open all-year-round - being built in the Recreation Park will offer visitors, either being youngster or elderly, joyful and pleasant free-time facilities such as bubble-baths, rafting channels and other water attractions.

In Hungary, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)is required by law when selling or leasing.

For buyer is important that the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for homes that are larger than 50sqm of living space and have more than 4 months to be used in the year. Likewise, an EPC is required for rental, if the term of the rental contract is more than 1 year. There are futher regulations concerning commercial properties and public buildings, but they are of no impartance for the classic tenants and buyers. EPCs are valid 10 years.
