Arboretum Zirc

The Arboretum is a systematically created botanical tree and plant collection. The 20 ha arboretum was founded by the Cistercian order to save rare tree and plant species

In 1754, the Flower House in the English park was built. Today, the arboretum is a collection of trees and plants derived from all continents which can endure the microclimate of the high-Bakony (400m above sea level) and feel comfortable here.
